We have a very tight filming schedule and limited time to recce before hand - they were fantastic at following our brief for securing contributors and locations - and making sure that our two filming days ran smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them to organize, and when one of our flights to Costa Rica was cancelled unexpectedly before the shoot, were invaluable with last minute arrangements to get us back on track.
